| Dr.
Elipas attended Loyola University in Chicago where he graduated
in 1974 with a B.S. in Psychology. He continued his education
at Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, now named Dr. William
M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, located in Chicago,
IL where he graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in
1979. He served a Podiatric Externship at the University of
Chicago in 1979 and completed his Podiatric Surgical Residency
at Henrotin Hospital in 1980. Dr. Elipas has staff privileges
at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center, Watertower SurgiCenter,
and Ankle & Foot SurgiCenter. He is board certified with
the American Council of Certified Physicians & Surgeons
and the American Board of Medical Specialties in Podiatry.
He is also a member of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association
as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association. He
has served the Niles and Chicago communities since 1981. |

| Dr.
Flanagan attended Saint Francis University where he graduated
in 1987 with a B.S. in Biology. He continued his education
at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric located in Chicago,
IL where he graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in
1987. He served his preceptorship at Foot & Ankle Clinics
of America from 1987 through 1989 then remained as a podiatric
associate until 1991. Dr. Flanagan participated in external
programs at Hines V.A. Hospital, Lincoln West Medical Center,
Thorek Hospital and Henrotin Hospital. He joined Ankle & Foot
Specialists in 1992 and has been serving the Niles and Chicago
communities since. |
